The rich get richer for a reason. They are focusing on long-term gainz. You can too, but you have to think on a 10 year timeline not a monthly timeline.💵 If you invest $100 every month into a vanguard account in 10 years you will have $20,925.91. The more $$ you invest the more exponential the growth.
Crypto's exponential growth can be even more exciting.I bought $300 worth of bitcoin around 2014 and today it's worth $30,000 (without any additional investment.)Don't have money to invest? The compound effect applies to everything.💪 Workout 5x/week for the next year to build exponential physical resilience.🧘♂️ Meditate 5x/week for the next year to build exponential mental resilience.
The point here is that the holy shit gainz in life come from long-term focus and choices. Ignore the highlight reel and do the thing today.

Pareto Principle (80/20)I have found that 80%+ of the results I get come from less than 20% of my effort.This principle is something that continuously shows up in nature and everyday life.Let me share a personal example of this in the real world.
When I started my YouTube channel Jump Rope Dudes we originally called ourselves Zen Dude Fitness and put out multiple videos every week with content about both jump rope and mindfulness.
Over time we realized that over 80% of our views were coming from less than 20% of our content (which turned out to be jump rope workouts.)We were able to get way more views overall by just releasing one jump rope workout every week (and pivoting the brand overall to be solely about jump rope.)I have had tons of examples where the 80/20 principle has been proven true.
What areas in your life could you apply this to right now?
Love Languages 💕
I really like the framework of the 5 love languages for one main reason.
They remind us that just because something fulfills our own personal needs doesn't mean it will fulfill the needs of our partners.Here is an example;
👩🦰 Sally values quality time and 👨🦰 Mike values acts of service. If Mike does an act of service for Sally, but doesn't spend quality time with her then her needs are not being fulfilled and Mike's act of service isn't appreciated.The reason being is because Mike is speaking his own love language.. not Sally's.Here are the 5 love languages..
👉 Acts of service
👉 Quality time
👉 Words of affirmation
👉 Physical touch
