βWhat is your main focus right now?β
I imagine there are a lot of things you want to improve in your life, but the only way to do so effectively is by narrowing your focus down to one thing at a time.
Picking one thing to focus on means you are saying no to other things.
Trust me when I say that I know this takes a lot of discipline, but it's so important!
If you had to pick one area to start with what would that be?
Commit to putting the other areas of your life on autopilot while this one area gets extra love (aka more of your focus and choices.)

The Art of Doing Less π¨
If youβre like me you get excited about all the opportunities out there and often overestimate what you are able to accomplish on a given day or week.
π This overestimation can lead to unnecessary anxiety and poor performance on the most important thing in your life at the moment.
βοΈ Try picking 3 things daily to do (not outcomes; actions) and anything beyond that is just icing on the cake.
Make Working Out Fun Again πͺ
Does working out feel like a chore?
If yes, then try finding a way to exercise that is genuinely enjoyable for you. Whether thatβs jumping rope, golfing, biking, lifting weights, playing sports, doing yoga or something else.
π― Pick a type of exercise that you feel 10/10 confident in doing 5x/week.
Don't just do what you think you should do. Do what you genuinely want to do.
Consistently working out is way more important than occasionally doing a workout that you hate to do.
Pick something and do the thing!
Getting Rich Quick π€
Story time..
When I launched my first meditation mobile app company back in 2012 (I was 22) I thought I was going to be a millionaire by the time I was 25.
Boy was I wrong π
This was my first real foray into entrepreneurship and I had pretty screwed expectations because my business partner at the time (also 22) was raking in $30k/month with the app company that he had started on his own.
I figured our company would follow in the same footsteps as his company and we would be flying in private jets in no time.
Well.. I was wrong π€¦
Despite picking up some decent traction (generating $4k/month on average) I was not personally making enough money to pay my monthly bills.
Because I was so optimistic that I was going to get rich quickly I ended up putting my whole life on credit cards and as the business plateaued in growth my CC debt increased.
I continued to get more and more in debt until I was forced to consolidate my CC debt, let my business partner buy me out for pennies on the dollar and move down to Colombiaπ¨π΄ to start over. βοΈβοΈ
For any of you who know my backstory you know it all eventually worked out in my best interest, but I had to learn a valuable lesson.
My experience has been that trying to get rich quick is the easiest way to make sure you never get rich.
π Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
Romantic Beliefs π
Do you struggle to attract in the right romantic partner into your life?
Here is why..
πΉ Your beliefs do not align with your ideal romantic outcome.
For example, if you believe all men are cheaters, then guess who you will attract?
A cheater.
If you believe all women want is money then guess who you will attract?
Money-hungry women.
If you believe that being in a relationship will sabotage your career then guess what you will attract?
No one, because your subconscious is filtering everyone out to protect you from getting your career sabotaged.
If you want to get serious about attracting the right romantic partner, you need to do a deep dive into auditing your beliefs.
π€ Although many of your beliefs may be based off of real world experiences, you must learn to let the negative ones go if you want to attract the romance of your dreams.
Here is a kind of absurd yet also plausible example of how this is done.
Identify an old (existing belief): I believe all women think Iβm ugly
And transmute it into what you desire: I believe the right women for me thinks Iβm sexy

How to Meditate All Day Everyday π§ββοΈ
I create guided meditations for people to listen to so they can get back into the mental/emotional state that they desire.
These guided meditations are the first step in realizing your potential to create the mental/emotional state you desire at any given moment.
ποΈ When you step into a state of present moment awareness, you can essentially meditate all day everyday, because you are observing your thoughts instead of attaching and reacting to each of them.
This may sound difficult, but so are most things before you get enough practice.
π Being an observer of your thoughts doesnβt mean you donβt get angry or upset either. Instead, you are just aware of the feelings and you have a choice to lean into your feelings or change the belief you are holding that is making you feel that way.
By meditating all day every day, you gain the ability to control how you feel.
This ability to control your feelings is the ultimate super power and I have found it to be the most useful skill I have gained, because it unlocks consistent peace of mind.
